Your story
I'm a fully accredited Relational Dynamics coach – not all coaches are, and it matters, because this work touches real relationships, real fear, and real change, not just goal-setting.
Work with me, and together we'll see the story you've been living inside, the one you inherited rather than chose, and help you find the one that's actually yours. That's how people change their future: not willpower, not advice, but rewriting the story they've been unconsciously performing for years.

The cultural historian Thomas Berry spent his life writing about the stories cultures live by, and what happens when those stories stop serving us. Beneath the ones we inherit, about status, worth, who we're allowed to be, he pointed to something older: a first story, present in humanity's earliest ways of understanding the world, that everything is connected to everything else. That our own nature isn't separate from nature itself.
I think about coaching the same way. Before we can rewrite the story someone's been living inside, we have to clear away the noise built up around it, the borrowed narratives, the inherited fears, the roles we never chose, until we reach something closer to the truth underneath. That's the work.
My approach
What are the challenges you are facing?
Maybe you know exactly what's wrong-a career that no longer fits, a relationship dynamic you keep repeating, a version of yourself you've outgrown but haven't quite let go of. Or maybe you don't have the words for it yet. Just a sense that something's off. That you're performing a role instead of living a life.
Often it isn't one big crisis. It's smaller than that-the story you've been telling yourself about who you're allowed to be, what you're capable of, what you deserve, quietly running out of road.
How can I support you best?
My job isn't to hand you a five-step plan or tell you who to become. It's to help you see the story you're currently living inside – clearly, honestly, without judgement – and figure out which parts are actually yours, and which parts you inherited from someone else.
As a fully accredited Relational Dynamics coach, I bring real training to this work, not just good intentions. But just as much, I bring years spent professionally inhabiting other people's truths as an actor, and years of standing in front of rooms managing my own fear as a speaker. I know what it costs to be seen. I know what it takes to tell the truth out loud. That's the space I hold for you.
Coaching with me looks like: unravelling the story that isn't serving you, finding the one that is, and putting you back in charge of what happens next.

I'm honest. Really honest. Not brutal, not unkind — but I won't just nod along and tell you what you want to hear. If I notice something isn't adding up, or you're about to talk yourself out of something that matters to you, I'll say so. That's the deal: you get someone genuinely in your corner, and someone who respects you enough to tell you the truth.
I spent years as an actor, professionally inhabiting other people's truths, which turns out to be the best training there is for sitting with someone else's story without making it about you. I've stood in front of rooms and managed real, physical fear while trying to tell the truth out loud, so when a client says they're terrified to speak up, pitch, or be seen, I'm not guessing at what that costs. I host a podcast where I've interviewed countless high-profile women, and I've watched, over and over, what happens the second someone drops the polished version and tells you what actually happened-that's the moment everything shifts.
I hold a space for you to share your stories and to notice, together, the patterns that may no longer serve you, the ones so familiar you've stopped seeing them as patterns at all.
I'm not offering you a framework I read about. I'm offering you everything I've learned from a career spent working, professionally, with story, in service of helping you rewrite yours.

Coaching only works if the space itself is right, so here's what I hold myself to, every session.
We build with clarity. No vague gestures at "finding yourself." We name what's actually going on, in plain language, so you always know where you stand and where we're heading.
We act with integrity. What's said in this space stays in this space.
We stay curious. No fixed answers, no assumptions about who you should become. Just genuine, open questions, about your story, your patterns, what's actually true for you versus what you've been told is true.
Every story is unique, just like my approach
Coaching 1:1
For anyone navigating a big transition, whether that's launching a business, becoming a mother, changing careers, or simply feeling ready for something new.
Putting your own story first
What is the truest story at the heart of you? For anyone who's put everyone else's needs before their own, and now feels detached from what actually brings them joy.
Presenting your story at work
Learn to tell your story fearlessly. It's the only way to get people to truly invest in you, your work, and your ideas. Stories win.
Group Improv Therapy (online/in person)
For team building or individual confidence boosting, this approach delivers faster results than solo "doing the work." A playful method that works wonders for group dynamics, while fostering real self-compassion in the most unexpected, laughter filled moments.
Confidence to shine at work
For anyone ready to stop shrinking in the room. Building the confidence to be fully seen in your career, on your terms.
Stepping into the light (Presenting on stage)
The same fearless storytelling, taken to the stage. The story that moves a room is the same one that moves a boardroom. It just needs a bigger platform.

"As a professional coach (ACC, ICF), I know how easy it is to spot patterns in others while staying completely blind to my own. Coaching other coaches is no small task, yet Salima does it with an ease that speaks to real mastery.
What sets her apart is her ability to connect the invisible dots in real time, the subtle relational patterns we live by but rarely notice, and make them stick. In our group cohort, I've watched her identify the common thread running through our hidden patterns, and by helping one person untangle theirs, create a ripple effect that lets the rest of us recognise our own. It's genuinely deepened my own self-awareness in ways I didn't expect.
But insight alone isn't what makes her special, it's how she delivers it. Salima blends sharp intellect with down-to-earth humour, making even the toughest realisations feel approachable. There have been moments in our sessions where I've had to face uncomfortable truths, and because of her, I could. She creates a space where growth, even the painful kind, feels possible.
If you're done wanting change and ready to take action, Salima is the person to coach you through it."

"I had the absolute pleasure of working with Salima Saxton in a virtual coaching session, and I can't recommend her highly enough. From the moment we started, she created a space where I felt completely at ease — relaxed, comfortable, and able to share openly about what I'm facing right now, both professionally and personally.
As a busy mum building a business, I often feel like I have a million things competing for my attention. It's hard to step back, see the bigger picture, and identify what truly needs my focus — and even when I know the value of goal-setting, actually carving out the time to do it is another thing entirely. That's where Salima's coaching was invaluable.
She helped me untangle my thoughts, prioritise what really matters, and set clear, realistic next steps forward. It was refreshing — non-judgemental, supportive, and full of meaningful insight. She didn't just offer perspective; she gave me the accountability I needed to turn intentions into action.
I walked away feeling clearer, more motivated, and confident about my next steps. If you're looking for a coach who can help you gain clarity, structure your goals, and create real change, I highly recommend working with Salima.”

"Salima has been my coach for several months, and her approach strikes the perfect balance of warmth, empathy, and directness.
Even after our sessions ended, her words and presence have stayed with me. I'm always glad when our paths cross at events, and I appreciate how easy she is to reach out to.
I highly recommend Salima as a coach — she has a remarkable way of helping you unlock challenges with real depth and insight."
